Giant ichneumon wasp.
This is a female giant ichneumon wasp in the family Ichneumonidae, genus Megarhyssa. The long "tail" is her egg-laying organ, called an "ovipositor." Please see the guide page for information on these fascinating, stingless wasps. Thanks for sharing these images.
