Enoplognatha ovata.
I am pretty sure this is another Enoplognatha ovata, family Theridiidae, the cobweb weavers or "comb-footed spiders."

 
I'm sure too
It's venom is highly potent comparatively speaking. It can venture a short distance from its web as a hunting spider.
