What wasp? - Aporinellus

What wasp? - Aporinellus
Antelope Island, Utah County, Utah, USA
July 27, 2008
Size: around 1/4 inch
I had to zoom in on this one to show the stiff hairs on the legs. This little insect (wasp, I assume) ran around in jerky little movements (like some predatory wasps I've seen) with its wings folded down over its back. Anyone know what it is?

Appears...
to be a male Aporinellus.

Even better
Thanks for narrowing it down, Nick.
