Strange
Those chelicerae scream Dysderidae to me, but the rest of it doesn't really resemble Dysdera crocata, which I understood to be the only member of the family to occur in NA. I'm not sure if the chelicerae are diagnostic of the entire family.

I don't think it's a purseweb.

Maybe a non-native Dysderid?

I can't really make out the eyes in the photo. A confirmation of six vs. eight eyes would be compelling.

if you can't get a closer picture
can you either upload a more closely cropped picture or upload a higher resolution (I'm not sure if you cropped this or reduced its size before posting). I'm very curious to find out what this spider is because I can't remember seeing anything like it before.

I'm not sure without a larger
I'm not sure without a larger photo, but it seems to resemble the red legged purseweb spider, Sphodros rufipes which I believe is present in florida.

I can't tell what it is, but he won't hurt you. The "big jaws" are probablly his pedipalps....which are the packets of sperm he is out hoping to give to a female.
If you put a cup over him, slide a piece of paper under it and take him outside he will thank you. :o)
