Giraffe-Skin Rug, Anyone? - Epicallima argenticinctella

Giraffe-Skin Rug, Anyone? - Epicallima argenticinctella
Near Ruraldale, Upshur County, West Virginia, USA
June 14, 2005
Markings remind me of an African wildlife pelt of some kind. This moth was attracted to lights. ID help appreciated.

1046 - Orange-headed Epicallima Moth
Epicallima [Callima] argenticinctella, and an excellent photo of a nice specimen. I too was reminded of Giraffe skin, but by another of these small species (see above).
