Larinia - male

Larinia - Male
Marlton, Burlington County, New Jersey, USA
June 12, 2008
Size: Maybe around 5.5 mm?
All my research to date has Larinia directa in the southwest, but it is my best match so far. I think I can make out male palps.

Certainly looks like Larinia
though it doesn't have the spotted pattern of the one in Howell and Jenkins, page 167. Kansas School Naturalist lists two species. We don't know how to tell them apart.

Web links
www.canadianarachnology.org lists 3 species, but no descriptions. I'm guessing Larinia borealis Banks, 1894
Matches the image of Larinia directa in Spiders & Their Kin well, even the pose, but seems out of the range.
