TINY ROBBER FLY?

TINY ROBBER FLY?
Greenville, Providence County, Rhode Island, USA
May 24, 2004
Size: Slightly over 1/4"
This was extremely small and early in the season: during May. I've searched, but haven't been able to ID it.

Moved
Moved from Flies.

Looks
Like a March fly. Not a robber.
