Otiocerus antennae
"Otiose" means ridiculous or superfluous, and this describes very well the antennae of this genus. The antenna proper is the straight, warty process with a bristle tip; the rest is a twisted, almost segmented basal process. Males in particular often have the basal process divided into two long, curly horns and this is characteristic of both Apache degeeri (here) and various other species of Otiocerus, showing that the name Apache is (at best) a subgenus of Otiocerus.
