Black-and-yellow-striped beetle - Poecilocapsus lineatus

Black-and-yellow-striped beetle - Poecilocapsus lineatus
Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, USA
June 18, 2005
Size: ~10mm
Found two of these on a costmary plant.

Attractive, but not a beetle
This is a true bug,Poecilocapsus lineatus, order Hemiptera, with sucking mouthparts and antennae that have few segments. I'm moving it to Miridae » Poecilocapsus » Poecilocapsus lineatus.
