It would help if you crop your images. You will notice looking through the images that yours are the only ones you can see at greater than 560 pixels. The same is true for every contributor so they can only see your images at 560. The fact that you have posted a 3000 pixel image doesn't help because they are not allowed to open the larger image. They can only see your damselfly about an inch long. If you crop the image so that the damsel fills the crop then your damsel at 560 will be four or five inches on the screen and in the thumbnail, you will actually be able to tell what it is!
