Stenacron
The black dash connecting cross-veins in the third space near the bulla would seem to indicate that this male heptageniid imago belongs to the genus Stenacron.

Stenacron interpunctatum?
Thanks Lloyd. This guy was a real beauty

S. interpunctatum is the only Stenacron species that I can find listed for Saskatchewan.
