Grasshopper nymph - Dissosteira carolina

Grasshopper nymph - Dissosteira carolina
Sterling Forest, Tuxedo, Orange County, New York, USA
June 21, 2008
Could this be a Carolina Grasshopper nymph?

4th instar
Next to last. Thought a quick note about it's age might be useful. I also suspect (but can't tell for certain) that it's a male.

I agree.
The "zebra" pattern on the hind legs and the single notch on the pronotal crest (top of thorax) are pretty conclusive for ID.
