The same fellow. This photo shows the gills on the animal's underside, which are unique to pteronarcyids (if I'm not mistaken).

Yes, Pteronarcyidae
Jonas-

Your stonefly nymph is most likely Pteronarcys proteus, also referred to as an Appalachian Salmonfly. However, with regard to your belief regarding gills, nymphs of both familiy Pteronarcyidae (Salmonflies) and family Perlidae (Common Stones) have tufts of highly branched gills on their thorax around their leg bases.
