Size: ~20mm
Measurement excludes antennae, which were roughly 2 times body length, and what I assume is the ovipositor. I didn't realize till looking at the images that it had lost both hind legs.

Meconema thalassinum. A European species long established in the northeast US and first reported from Ontario in 2004.
