Nemouridae: Amphinemoura wui
Although the cervical gills really need to be seen, this is about 98% certain to be A. wui.

Yeah...
These aren't the best photos...
I would be worried about damaging such a small animal if I were to try to flip it over to see it's gills.
But thanks for the help & insight! :)
