Chlorochroa sayi
Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest, White Mountains, Inyo National Forest, Inyo County, California, USA

This Pentatomid was ambling about on a Bristlecone Pine (Pinus longaeva) in the Patriarch Grove at ~11300 ft. I saw many of these bugs during my recent wanderings along White Mountain Rd between 8000 and 12000 ft. I also photographed this species at ~11300 ft above Knob Lake in the Sierra Nevada almost exactly 2 years earlier (though that individual lacked the orange "edging").
