Size: 7 mm app.
I don't know where to start looking for this one. Found on Queen Anne's Lace being stalked by an Ambush Bug. Picture is kind of soft, it was a windy day. Would appreciate a hint of perhaps where to start looking.

Looks like one of the
Miridae (Plant Bugs). I don't think it can reliably go further than that but there is a chance it is Prepops (but others can't be ruled out).
