Can someone help me identify this. Is it a Halloween Pennant?

Looks more like
a female Eastern Amberwing. I'm not sure if you have more Amberwings out in Illinois, but I would start there.

Just P. tenera in Illinois
We just have the eastern amberwing in IL. Nice photo of this female!
