Three days earlier, I saw one exactly like this except brown. That image is posted immediately before this one.

Schistocerca nymph
Odds are good that this is the same species as the other one. The color varies. This one is one instar younger (third instar; the wing pads are developed enough to be obious, but haven't flipped upward yet).
