Sumfamily Polyommatinae? - Celastrina neglecta
Little Point Sable (Wooded Area On Lake Michigan), Michigan, USA
August 8, 2008
Size: about 13mm
Found along a wooded trail. Any ideas?

Moved
Moved from Azures.

Celastrina
It is in the genus. I moved it to get it with all the rest. Not sure anyone will ever be able to tag them all to species. Personally, I'm not yet convinced that all the American Celastrina aren't just one big varied species, but right now it's being split up left and right - it'll be interesting to see how it all looks in about ten years. ;)

compare in guide.
