I thought they were some sort of ant at first, but someone told me they were some sort of "hempiptera nymph". Wish the picture was better.

They look like hemipteran nymphs to me.

 
I guess the question would be
I guess the question would be, what kind of hemipteran nymph? There are quite a few of them, some of which are definitely pests and others which are less of a pest.
