Sibovia occatoria?
This seems to be a very bright yellow-striped variety. I have never seen one quite this colour; but this is the only known species in the southeast.

 
Sibovia in SE
There are probably two species in the southeast. This is true S. occatoria; the pinkish one is probably undescribed.
