Unknown spider - Neriene radiata

Unknown spider - Neriene radiata
Hurricane, Putnam County, West Virginia, USA
August 10, 2008
Found this in my yard as I was doing a search for miniature wildlife. I am curious if it is a male widow, and if you can tell from this picture. I don't think the palps are clubbed, so I figure, probably not. Interestingly it had snared a nymph of an assassin bug in its web!

Moved
Moved from Spiders.

Looks to be a Sheetweb Spider
in the Linyphiinae, likely Neriene radiata, in the guide here

Thanks!! quite a little beau
