Banding on the legs makes me think it may be in Pselliopus genus. But I am by no means an expert on these.

LOL! I agree with Pselliopus. Slender individuals like this one can be confused with Zelus nymphs, but Zelus do not have lateral spines on the abdomen as nymphs.
