Hanging Thief - Diogmites neoternatus

Size: about 1"
...and for the rest of the story. The next day I found it inside my garden window. It has now returned to the wild, but only after I took a lot of pictures. Species possible? Neoternatus? There is an empty spot in the data map for WV. This is another first sighting for me here.
