Indian Pipes - Monotropa uniflora
Not a Lily, but has been moving between Pyrolaceae - the Wintergreen family, and Monotropaceae - its own family! Not sure where it will end up. Interesting - no chlorophyll, an epiparasite attached underground to fungus which is also attached to nearby trees, providing a conduit from the chlorophyll of the trees to the flowers of the Indian Pipes.

Neat
I saw some up here in Indiana this week and was wondering what it was.
