Pelidnota punctata? - Pelidnota punctata

Size: ~25 mm
Found on a sidewalk next to a grassy strip along a wooded lot. Kept opening its wings, but was unable to fly. Tentatively identified as the grapevine beetle, Pelidnota punctata.
