No, crevice weaver.
This appears to be a female crevice weaver in the genus Kukulcania, family Filistatidae. You may want to wait for confirmation from Jay Barnes or Jeff Hollenbeck.

Eye pattern, Long pedipalps, and morphology indicate a Crevice Weaver.
