defintely longipes
The extremely long labium confirms this as Anax longipes.

This key has comparison shots and also says >60mm, so 63 doesn't seem as huge now.

Ah, excellent! Thanks, Jason. For what it's worth, I was never married to the notion that it was junius. That only seemed like the best guess based on the information I had available at the time, which is precisely why I came here.
