Backswimmer - Notonecta irrorata

Size: ~13 mm
Dorsal shot. This was done in a trading-card container, which I mentioned last year when shooting water insects.

You can actually see the stubble of the pubescent wings, which are used to hold the air, and are another key feature for the genus.
