Size: about 25 mm span
Attracted to light. Wingspan about 1-inch. Remarkable pattern on gray moth.

Porcelain Gray, Protoboarmia porcelaria. One of the easiest ways to sort these from the other grays, are the long extended palpi. The PM line is also more dentate, but can be tough to tell on worn specimens.
