This ground beetle was up in the top of the weedy vegetation on a leaf.

Thanks for all the carabid id's you did today! That must have been all the ones from the last batch I sent you. I guess the method for finding the correct images using the image numbers from my website is working ok.

Actually
I just go to Carabidae-Recent Images and find fairly fast all your images grouped together by dates. Wading through carabid images submitted by others isn't too bad.
