Your beetle, Margarethe,
is most likely
M. punctata
(Elytra coarsely punctate, rather than reticulate, & rounded from top to side). Please see the new INFO page on this species, though its a work in progress.
I'll give you an update in a couple of days. Meanwhile, can you find some more?

I did'nt even collect
this one - she looked so pregnant. Portal is a great place - a paradise for naturalists, but not exactly close to where I live in Tucson. The beetles seem to be even more common in New Mexico. So maybe next year. Thank you for the ID.
