Dolomedes albineus
This is a female White-banded Fishing Spider (
Dolomedes albineus
). The white band that runs across the front of the cephalothorax (just below the eyes) as well as the white tuffs of "hair" that run along the fringes of the abdomen and legs are all physical characteristics that are associated with
D. albineus
.
