Sorry for the poor picture quality. I did not have my macro lens and this bugger did not want it's picture taken! Thanks so much for your help once again!!

Blister Beetle
Perhaps this one (Cysteodemus wislizeni), or a closely related species:

Only related species is found further west than NM.
