Dragonfly molt and mystery insect. - Tetragnatha elongata-like
Great Swamp NWR, Morris County, New Jersey, USA

I'm very curious about the long, skinny insect on the side of the reed. Any help is appreciated.

very similar to T. straminea
Spiders of the Eastern US, Howell and Jenkins, page 131, but then they all look similar to us!

Spider, maybe family Tetragnatidae
So, no insect, but a spider!
Greetings,
Gerard Pennards
