Tiger Beetle - Tetracha virginica

Tiger Beetle - Tetracha virginica
Sand Springs, Osage County, Oklahoma, USA
August 17, 2008
Size: 22mm (7/8")
I was on my John Deere (lawn tractor not tractor-tractor) mowing the bar ditch today. There was a good sized rock in my way so I got off to move it. I lifted the rock up and this was under it. I couldn't tell immediately that it was a Tiger because it quickly tried to escape but I knew it had cool colors. So, once again, I caught it and held it in my closed hand until I drove back to the house. Then I put it in a container, chilled it, took these pics, then released it.
Please help with ID.
