Trimerotropis verruculata suffusa
He's kind'a pretty. They more often have black or dark brownish hind tibiae, but sometimes (especially the lighter colored ones) have blue. Metator looks quite different, and there is one on BugGuide now. I'm surprised there aren't more, as it is rather common in some areas, and rather an attention grabber (even though, unlike this species, it is silent when it flies).
