Fly - Sphegina - female

Fly - Sphegina - Female
Bethlehem, New Hampshire, USA
June 20, 2005
Size: 5mm

Syrphid fly, genus Sphegina!
And again it is a female! In this genus the colour is quite variable, so this might be the same species as the other one you posted after this one, although the color is different!
Greetings,
Gerard Pennards
