Emesaya brevipennis

Emesaya brevipennis
Univ. Tennessee Field Station, near Gatlinburg, Sevier County, Tennessee, USA
August 8, 2008
Size: 32 mm
A nymph, according to Eric Eaton--note the short (or absent) wings. Interesting--this one was about the same size as an adjacent adult. I wonder if there could be wingless individuals?
