Neuropteran? Small lacewing size, but folds wings completely flat - Merope tuber - female

Neuropteran? Small lacewing size, but folds wings completely flat - Merope tuber - Female
Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, USA
August 18, 2008
Size: 1/2"
Found on my porch at about 11PM on 08/16/08, but could not capture. Found again on my porch at about 11PM on 08/18/08, had just been caught in a spider's web. I could not identify this "cockroach lacewing" by any means. Has beaded antennae, large eyes, mouth parts close to the eyes, seem slighty mandible-like. Side-profile of the head looks very similar to a lacewing. Sees too small to be a fishfly, and the wings fold completely flat, so does not appear to be an alderfly or lacewing. Two more images to submit showing side-view, and underneath.
