it is a Pompilid... looks like in the subfamily Pepsinae... i will see if i can find anything else.

I've been having good luck getting images of these lately.

 
Think I found it.
Looks to me like Caliadurgus hyalinatus. Awkward angle to make an ID from, but beggars can't be choosers:-) Nice image still, of course.

These wasps are quite active and never seem to sit still for any length of time.
