Tent Caterpillar Moth Silhouette

Tent Caterpillar Moth Silhouette
North Carolina, USA
Size: wingspan 22 to 105 mm

Moved

Notodontid.
This is a classical silhouette for a prominent moth, actually. Might be pertinent to tent caterpillar moths, too, though.

Yes
it's a Tolype silhouette, but I was thinking maybe I should add the Malacosoma as well? I don't know...there aren't a lot of moths in the family in the guide, but the Malacosoma tend to be fairly common. Maybe I should just do the Malacosoma and not the Tolype?
