Black hairless caterpillar with orange spots on sides -
Cucullia intermedia
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
August 11, 2008
Size: 2 to 3 inches
We almost stepped on this black hairless caterpillar which was walking accross a path at the Calgary Zoo. I'm pretty sure it's not an escaped animal.

Found today!
Just found one today and brought it home. Wondering what to feed it and how the process looks? How long til they transform? Will do some reading now that it’s been identified.
