Wheel Bug Nymph? - Pselliopus

Wheel Bug Nymph? - Pselliopus
Staatsburg, Dutchess County in the Hudson Valley County, New York, USA
August 22, 2008
Size: 1/4 inch
This little guy looks very much like the Wheel Bug Nymph that I previously posted except the coloring is different. This one is all orange instead of black and orange and the eyes look a little different. Is this a younger Nymph or is it a different kind of Assasin bug or something else entirely? He may have been smaller than 1/4 of an inch. As always, thanks a million!

It is an assassin nymph
but not wheel bug. Pselliopus looks like a probable ID to me:

Hi Hannah! Thanks so much for your help. Until you pointed me in the right direction, I didn't even notice his banded legs which are also different from the Wheel Bug. I love sharing all of this information with my friends and family along with my photos. Thanks again!
