Really big; green; grasshopper looking like bug...

So I was outside going to charge the battery in my car when I see this Massive (at least 3 inches) green bug with wings that reach at least 4 inches long. It came out of what looks like a Japanese beetle carcass...I'm not sure if that's enough information, but can anyone tell me what this is?
