This is a cool pic. It almost looks like a robber fly devouring another robber fly :S
The "hungry" fly i would guess Promachus hinei based on the guides i have. The unfortunate fly I'm not so sure about.

Thanks Bryan! I looked at the guide for Promachus and I'm torn between hinei and rufipes. What makes me think it is rufipes is the dark segments on the end of the tail. It looks like hinei do not have those dark segments. But that's just my opinion and I could be wrong!

And I could be wrong as well. Getting down to that species level can be quite a pain - but at least you have a good start!
