Size: Perhaps 2" long
This guy flew into my path while on my way to take another pic. I don't know what it is, anyone?

ID
Hemaris diffinis, since it has the characteristic black legs and black markings on the side of the thorax. H. thysbe has white legs and no markings, while H. gracilis has red legs and red markings.
