Taeniaptera trivittata
Both pictures you've uploaded are excellent examples of Taeniaptera trivittata. The photo with the single specimen is actually a female. The male in the picture above is actually "kissing", the female which is why its mouth parts are so projected. The mating ritual for Taeniaptera spp. is quite detailed and includes transferring fluids from males to females. Excellent capture of this behaviour!
