Very small and skittish (photography difficult), is this a moth or a midge or something else. Anyone with an idea towards possible ID please help. Thank you in advance.

Not moth.
This is a neuropteran of some kind, but unlike anything I'm familiar with. Might be a spongillafly?

Looks like a moth..
Don't have a clue on species, genus or family. Im sure I've seen something like that before..

Feathered antennae would tell you its male.

Maybe something related to a bagworm moth or antlion?
